Processing time

Orders are packed by hand and shipped from New Jersey within 1–3 business days.

Holiday launch orders

Our first collection is on its way to us now. Orders placed before November 8 will ship starting November 8, in the order they were received. We'll email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

We currently ship within the United States only.

All orders ship with USPS Ground Advantage. Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after shipping. Delivery times are estimates from USPS and are not guaranteed.

Holiday orders

To arrive by December 25, please order by December 16.

Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

Warm weather

Our candles are wax sculptures and can soften in high heat. Please bring your package indoors promptly after delivery.

Lost or damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged, email us at hello@mello-candle.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or a refund. If tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, contact us and we'll help you file a claim with USPS.
